The book "The Hindenburg" By Gina De Angelis is about the tragic May 6, 1937 disaster. The Hindenburg disaster killed twenty-two crew, thirteen passengers and one ground man. It was one of the worst disasters in the history of airships. The Hindenburg was massive, around 800feet and was one of the classiest and well built, (supposedly) airships of it's time, it had: hot and cold running water, a bar, a dinning room, a smoking room, world class food and a grand piano. In my opinion this book provides a great read if our interested in the mechanics and history of airships and blimps. This book also provides a good read if you like engineering feats turned disaster. However the article does not only provide information on the Hindenburg in spesific but the bigger and broder subject of airship's and their history as well as how they came to be. I believe that Gina De Angelis wrote this book so people could really have an inside look on the ways of the ship.
